The Marlstone

The Marlstone is a new residential rental property opening in Spring 2026 on the corner of Duke and Albemarle in Halifax. In Latin, Alba Marle means “White Marl” or “Marl Stone.” This stone, found near fresh and salt water, represents a strong foundation for community and the changing landscape of downtown Halifax. The brand is a nod to history but is timeless and forward-thinking.
